Job Description:
BD international BD is looking for talented and experienced Web Designers & Full Stack Developers who are passionate about building modern websites, web applications, ERP solutions, POS systems, eCommerce platforms, and custom software solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Strong experience in UI/UX Design and Web Application Development using modern technologies.
- Skilled candidates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply regardless of educational background.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in Web Design & Development.
- Experience in ERP, POS, CRM, eCommerce, and SaaS development will be highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Responsive Web Design, and UI/UX Design Principles.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel Framework, CodeIgniter, REST API Development, and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Experience in WordPress Development, Theme Customization, Plugin Development, and WooCommerce Development.
- Familiarity with Git & GitHub, Linux Server Management, Cloud Hosting & Deployment.
- Experience with API Integration, Payment Gateway Integration, and AI API Integration (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Website Design, Website Development, ERP Development, POS Development, CRM Development, eCommerce Development, API Integration, and Responsive Design.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Develop and maintain custom web applications using Laravel, CodeIgniter, Node.js, and React.js.
- Build ERP, POS, CRM, HRM, Inventory Management, and Business Automation Software.
- Develop eCommerce websites and online marketplaces.
- Convert UI/UX designs into fully functional web applications.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website and application issues.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and marketing teams.
- Maintain project documentation and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
